Jess graduated from Victoria University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Osteopathy. Jessica has been working in multiple private practice clinics in the Eastern suburbs since.

Jess was originally interested in Osteopathy as she has a great caring nature and genuinely wants to help people of all ages. Her bubbly personality makes her patients feel at ease instantly.

Jess worked as a corporate massage therapist whilst undertaking her university degree, which provided relief to desk workers for many postural and stress related issues. She now uses a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, manipulation, joint mobilisation and has done extra training in dry needling. She believes in the holistic approach to osteopathic treatment and is passionate about building a balanced and healthy lifestyle herself and for her patients.

Jess has special interest in women’s health such as pregnancy and treating neck and upper back issues including headaches. Since becoming a mother, Jess has developed a genuine passion for supporting women through the postpartum period. She enjoys helping mothers restore movement, rebuild strength, and enhance their overall wellbeing through gentle and effective osteopathic care—so they can feel comfortable, confident, and at ease in their bodies again.

Outside the workplace Jess enjoys spending time with her twin girls and son, doing hot yoga and exploring in nature.
